Through cooperative efforts with public agencies, DDP has accomplished projects involved in Economic Development; Municipal Zoning and Comprehensive Plans; Downtown Revitalization; Park, Recreation and Open Space Studies; and similar focuses.  Our assistance in grant writing and administration has helped these public agencies leverage limited available funds into extensive capitol improvements.

DDP has aided the private sector in completing the most challenging projects.  These include Land Development permitting for Residential Subdivisions, Commercial Centers, and Industrial Complexes.  Our input into the site planning, stormwater management, and environmental assessment has proved to result in exciting site design, smooth project implementation, and cost effective construction.

Victor DePallo is the founder and principal-in-charge of DDP.  He is a licensed architect with over twenty years experience.  Earning degrees from Harvard University's GSD and Penn State University.  He is also a teacher, and active with various professional societies and community boards.
