He holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in landscape
architecture from Harvard and Penn State Universities.
He is the principal designer for selected projects and directs
land planning efforts. Victor
is a teacher, lecturer and active with many community boards. |

especially gifted as the computer guru in charge of project-computer
